Mailing Program of the Full-Color, magazine-size, Exclusive Luxury Real Estate Brochure: Printed versions of each edition of American Luxury Estates are distributed directly into the markets of each participating Realtor. As a rule of thumb, 500 magazines are mailed into a market for each page of advertising contributed. In most instances, the Realtors submit their own private mail lists of individuals to whom they want the magazine sent. ALE has resources available through its mailing house to provide upper-end residential addresses, if so desired. The number of magazines sent to any particular market increases exponentially as the page commitment grows, thus ensuring that the exposure of the Realtor’s company and its listings increases at the same rate.
